Executive Leadership
Juan Vaquerizo
President / CEO / Founder Background
Mr. Juan Vaquerizo is President and founder of ASRI. Mr. Vaquerizo has over 39 years of experience designing, developing, integrating, and commercializing software and hardware for advanced computer and graphics systems ranging from high performance clusters (HPC) to high performance airborne embedded systems and wearable systems. He has a track record for inventing and producing successful products. His DAGGERS BAA innovation transitioned to a $50M Program of Record (Army CCTT-DSTS) fielded to U.S. Army posts world-wide. Prior to ASRI he founded Soft Reality, Inc. (SRI) where his SoftVR and SoftIG VISSIM products were one of the first military-grade training systems ever fielded in volume using PC and GPU technology. His relevant technical experience includes system design, development, integration, and flight test of airborne onboard systems with exploitation of sensor data of multiple modalities. He has worked with sensor data including LIDAR, EO/IR, and HSI. He has also worked with the UAV (Predator) Flight Training Program and performed SBIR work for the Navy on the Fire Scout (MQ-8) VTUAV Control Station enhancement for automated collision avoidance. His past work experience includes: GE-SCSD, Loral, Martin Marietta, Lockheed Martin, Soft Reality, SAIC, L-3 Link Simulation & Training, Quantum3D, and CG2. Recognitions

Dr. Lisa Spencer
CTO Background
Dr. Lisa Spencer is the Chief Technology Officer at ASRI. She has over 40 years of professional software engineering experience, including 19 years in computer vision, and 10 years at Williams AFB, AZ developing F-16 and A-10 training technology and human factors analysis. As CTO of ASRI, she provides innovative software solutions including computer vision and real-time sensor data processing with onboard exploitation, with algorithms optimized for automated embedded systems with size, weight, and power (SWaP) constraints. She has worked with sensor data including LIDAR, EO/IR, WAMI, HSI and SAR. Her onboard exploitation software work incorporates the latest Deep Learning Neural Network techniques for scene content analysis, and scene mapping from sensor data. She has successfully led many BAA research projects, including SBIR work for the Navy on the Fire Scout (MQ-8) VTUAV Control Station enhancement for automated collision avoidance. She was the technical lead for the on-board processor flight testing at the Sensor Week exercise at Eglin AFB. Her past work experience includes AFRL, GE Government Services, Martin Marietta, Lockheed Martin, Real3D, and Quantum3D/CG2. Recognitions
